VortMall User Agreement

Welcome to VortMall and related services!
"VortMall" and related services refer to products and services provided to you by Jiangxi Baishang Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company") through the legally owned and operated client application and tigshop.com labeled "VortMall", including but not limited to personalized recommendations, publishing, search, and interaction. The VortMall User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your registration, login, and use of "VortMall" and related services.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using VortMall and related services, especially clauses on liability limits, licensing, information use, special services, governing law, and dispute resolution.Important clauses such as exclusions or limitations of liability are highlighted—read them carefully.If you are under 18, please read and understand this Agreement with your parent or legal guardian and use VortMall and related services only with their consent.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, we may not be able to provide the full product and service experience, and you may choose to stop using them. By voluntarily agreeing to or using VortMall and related services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by it and by other agreements and rules relating to VortMall and related services (including but not limited to the VortMall Privacy Policy).
2.1 You may obtain the "VortMall" app via preinstall, authorized third-party downloads, or visit tigshop.com.If you did not obtain the VortMall client or website from us or an authorized third party, we cannot guarantee that unofficial versions will work properly, and we are not responsible for any resulting loss.
2.2 The Company may release different app versions for different devices—install the right one for yours. You may uninstall if you stop using "VortMall".
2.3 The Company may update or change "VortMall" (updates, new features, replacements, etc.); you choose whether to update.
To keep VortMall and related services secure and improve your experience, after updates we will notify you when feasible (in-app prompts, announcements, in-mail, etc.). You may accept the new version; if you decline, some features may be limited or unavailable.
2.4 Without prior written authorization, you must not adapt, copy, spread, vertically search, mirror, or trade access to "VortMall" and related services.
2.5 You provide devices (PC, phone, etc.). Opening the app or tigshop.com constitutes use. Full features may require network access at your cost (data, fees, etc.).
2.6 You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license. All other rights are reserved; non-enforcement is not a waiver.
2.7 You may start without registration, but some features may be limited. For security, some features (e.g. comments) may require real-name registration per law.
3.1 You may register with a lawful username and secure password as credentials for "VortMall".
3.2You promise your account complies with laws and our rules—no illegal or harmful profile content; no impersonation or confusing names/avatars; no abusive registration of VortMall accounts. We may review your submissions.
3.3Your account is for your use only. Without written consent, you may not gift, lend, rent, transfer, sell, or sublicense it. If we reasonably believe the user is not the original registrant, we may suspend, terminate, or delete the account for security.
3.4 You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account, including edits, posts, and payments on "VortMall". Keep credentials secret and notify the Company of unauthorized use.
3.5 For lost accounts or passwords, follow Company recovery. Recovery matches form data to records, not identity of the true owner. Log out when done; you bear loss from poor custody or force majeure.
3.6When registering, using, and managing your account, you must ensure the identity information is truthful; use real, accurate, lawful, and valid documents and information. Under applicable laws, some VortMall features require real identity information and verification. Update your information in a timely manner. If materials are inaccurate, untrue, unlawful, or reasonably suspected to be so, the Company may refuse related features and you may be unable to use VortMall or face limited functionality.
3.7 You may also log in with verified third-party accounts where allowed; real-name rules and this Agreement apply.
3.8 After verification you may view or edit profile data; initial registration data may be locked for security. You may request account deletion after verification, except where law requires retention.
3.9 The Company may reclaim inactive accounts (e.g. no first login or over two months idle) to use account resources efficiently.
We work with you to protect personal information (data that identifies you alone or combined with other data). Protecting your data is core to us. When using VortMall and related services, you may provide information such as name, phone, and location so we can deliver better service and support. We use encryption, anonymization, and other appropriate measures aligned with VortMall. For details, see the VortMall Privacy Policy.
5.1 User conduct requirements
You are responsible for your use. Except as allowed by law or our written permission, you must not:
5.1.1Using any unauthorized plugin, cheat, system, or third-party tool to disrupt, damage, modify, or otherwise affect VortMall and related services.
5.1.2 Using or targeting VortMall and related services to harm network security, including but not limited to:
(1) Illegally intruding into others' networks, interfering with normal network functions, stealing network data, or other activities endangering cybersecurity;
(2) Providing programs or tools specifically for intruding networks, interfering with protections, or stealing data;
(3) Knowingly aiding others in harmful network activities with tech support, ads, or payments;
(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
(5) Entering public or others' computer systems without permission to delete, modify, or add stored information;
(6) Probing, scanning, or testing "VortMall" systems or networks for weaknesses without permission;
(7) Interfering with or disrupting "VortMall" systems or sites, or spreading malware or viruses;
(8) Forging TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
(9) Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover source code of "VortMall";
(10) Maliciously registering accounts for "VortMall" and related services, including frequent or bulk registration;
(11) Other acts that violate laws, this Agreement, Company rules, or others' lawful rights.
5.1.3 If the Company believes you violate these terms, it may act at its discretion, terminate service without notice, and pursue legal remedies.
5.2 Content standards
5.2.1 After real-name verification, you may post and comment with your registered or partner account.
5.2.2 We aim for civil, rational, friendly, high-quality discussion and strengthen safety rules and legal compliance.
5.2.3Your content must comply with laws and public order—no prohibited information as listed below:
(1) Opposing fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security or leaking state secrets;
(3) Subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting separatism, or undermining national unity;
(4) Harming national honor or interests;
(5) Promoting terrorism or extremism;
(6) Promoting ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermining ethnic unity;
(7) Inciting regional discrimination or hatred;
(8) Undermining state religious policy or promoting cults or superstition;
(9) Fabricating or spreading rumors or false information that disrupts the economy or society;
(10) Spreading violence, obscenity, pornography, gambling, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(11) Infringing minors' lawful rights or harming their physical or mental health;
(12) Secretly filming or recording others without permission, infringing their rights;
(13) Content that is terror-related, violent or gory, highly dangerous, or harmful to performers or others;
(14) Endangering cybersecurity or using the network to harm national security, honor, or interests;
(15) Insulting or defaming others or infringing their lawful rights;
(16) Threatening others with violence or conducting doxxing;
(17) Involving others' privacy, personal information, or data;
(18) Spreading vulgar language or harming public order and good morals;
(19) Infringing privacy, reputation, portrait, IP, or other lawful rights;
(20) Spamming commercial ads, solicitations, excessive marketing, or junk information;
(21) Commenting in languages other than those commonly used on this site;
(22) Unrelated to the information being commented on;
(23) Meaningless posts or deliberate character tricks to evade moderation;
(24) Other information that violates laws, policies, or morals, disrupts "VortMall", or infringes users or third parties.
5.3 Report issues via in-app feedback or "Suggestions" on tigshop.com; we will handle reports promptly.
6.1 Without written permission, you must not yourself or through others:
(1) Copying, reading, or using content from "VortMall" and related services for commercial purposes including but not limited to promotion or inflating reads/views;
(2) Editing, arranging, or compiling content from "VortMall" and related services and displaying it outside official source pages without authorization;
(3) Using special marks, codes, or other means to manipulate traffic, reads, or hijack content from "VortMall" and related services;
(4) Other illegal acquisition or use of content from "VortMall" and related services.
6.2 If permitted in writing, sharing or forwarding must also meet:
(1) You must not disclose, publish, or provide search hot words, hit rates, categories, search volume, CTR, reads, or similar data to any third party without the Company's prior written consent;
(2) You must not alter source pages of "VortMall" and related services in any way, including home/profile links, or obstruct display with overlays, inserts, or pop-ups;
(3) You must take secure measures to prevent third parties from illegally obtaining content via spiders or similar;
(4) You must not use data outside written permission, sell or commercially use it, or leak or provide it to third parties;
(5) Sharing, forwarding, or copying "VortMall" content must follow additional Company rules.
7.1For violations of this agreement or other terms, the Company may independently warn, refuse publication, stop transmission, delete comments, suspend posting, restrict features, or permanently close accounts. The Company may announce outcomes and decide whether to restore access. Suspected illegal activity may be recorded and reported to authorities.
7.2If you breach this Agreement or other terms and third parties sue or complain, you handle it and bear liability. You indemnify the company for losses from your illegal, infringing, or breaching conduct.
7.3We respect IP, reputation, name, privacy, and other rights. You warrant that content you upload to VortMall does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove allegedly infringing content upon notice. You handle third-party claims and bear legal liability; you indemnify us and our affiliates for losses caused by your infringement.
8.1 Services are provided "as is" within current technology. We strive for continuity and security but cannot prevent all risks (force majeure, networks, third-party issues, etc.).
8.2 The Company may change, suspend, or terminate features or services for overall operations and platform security.
9.1 We may show relevant ads or promotions from us or third-party partners in "VortMall".
9.2 You judge ad truthfulness; except where law requires otherwise, purchases or losses from ads are your responsibility.
10.1 Content in "VortMall" and related services (software, technology, programs, pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, layout, documents, etc.) is owned by the Company or rights holders. IP in underlying software belongs to the Company. No one may use content without permission (including via bots, spiders, or similar to monitor, copy, spread, display, mirror, upload, or download).
10.2You represent that uploaded text, images, video, and audio are original or licensed; IP remains with you or the rights holder.
10.3You grant us and our affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to your posted content (text, images, audio, video, etc.)—including copy, distribution, adaptation, performance, display, and marketing on VortMall and other properties, and to use your name, likeness, and marks appearing in content.
10.4You authorize us—or a third party we appoint—to enforce your IP in uploaded content, including monitoring, notices, litigation, arbitration, mediation, or settlement—we may decide and act independently.
10.5 The Company provides technical support for "VortMall" and holds all rights permitted by law to data and information generated in development and operation.
10.6Do not use VortMall trademarks, logos, domains, or other marks without written permission—no display, registration, or implied affiliation. You bear full liability for misuse.
11.1You understand VortMall and related services may be affected by many factors—we do not guarantee (including but not limited to):
11.1.1 "VortMall" and related services fully meet all user requirements;
11.1.2 "VortMall" and related services are uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or error-free; any software, service, or materials from the Company meet your expectations;
11.1.3 Any errors in "VortMall" and related services will be corrected.
11.2Exercise caution with any online messages related to loans, property, account credentials, ads, or promotions, and make your own judgment. The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
11.3Force majeure events (natural disasters, government acts, war, strikes, riots, etc.) may occur. We will strive to restore service but are not liable for losses to the extent permitted by law.
11.4The Company may handle illegal or non-compliant content under this Agreement; this is not an obligation or guarantee that violations will always be detected or acted upon in time.
11.5VortMall is provided without express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—you bear use risks.
11.6This Agreement supports lawful, ethical use and others’ rights. We judge to the best of our ability under law but cannot guarantee alignment with courts or regulators—you accept the consequences.
11.7In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits from using VortMall and related services. The Company’s total liability to you, for any cause or manner of conduct, shall not exceed fees you paid to the Company while using VortMall and related services as a VortMall user (if any).
12.1 "VortMall" and related services may include information or links obtained lawfully, and other standalone services lawfully operated by the Company and/or affiliates.You may use the above add-on services in VortMall. Some may require separate agreements or rules with their providers; we will show them prominently when needed. Use constitutes acceptance. Unless a term is marked permanent, unlimited, or unrestricted, use lasts until the feature is discontinued in VortMall.。
12.2When you use third-party software or services within VortMall, you must comply with this Agreement and VortMall rules and may also need to accept the third party’s agreements, privacy policies, and rules. Any disputes, losses, or damages arising from third-party software or services shall be resolved between you and the third party; the company assumes no liability to you or any third party in that regard.
13.1Minors under 18 must read this Agreement under the supervision and guidance of a guardian and with the guardian’s consent before using VortMall and related services.
13.2We take minors’ data seriously. Minors should exercise care when entering information and use VortMall under guardian guidance.
13.3Minors and guardians understand that violations of laws or this Agreement may result in legal liability borne as required by law.
13.4 Notice to minors:
13.4.1Minors should use VortMall under guardian guidance—healthy online habits, avoid excessive use.
13.4.2 Young users must follow the National Youth Network Civilization Convention:
(1) Learn responsibly online; avoid harmful content. (2) Communicate honestly and kindly; do not insult or defraud. (3) Protect yourself; do not casually meet strangers online. (4) Help keep networks secure; do not disrupt order. (5) Stay healthy in body and mind; do not lose yourself in virtual worlds.
13.5To better protect minors’ privacy, please be careful posting content involving minors. By posting, you consent to VortMall displaying minors’ information, likeness, and voice as described in this Agreement.
14.1This Agreement is governed by PRC law. Invalid provisions will be reinterpreted to preserve intent; other terms remain effective.
14.2Venue: Haidian District, Beijing. Disputes should be negotiated; unresolved disputes go to courts at the venue.
14.3To serve you better or to comply with laws and policies, VortMall and related services may change, and we may revise this Agreement accordingly. Revisions form part of this Agreement. After updates, we willWhen the "VortMall" app or website releases an updated version, we will remind you before the new terms take effect via notice or other appropriate means so you can stay informed. You may also read the latest terms on the homepage, sign-in page, or "Settings". If you disagree with the revised terms, stop logging in or using "VortMall" and related services. Continued use means you accept the revised Agreement.
14.4 Section titles are for convenience only and do not affect meaning or interpretation.
14.5 You and the Company are independent parties; this Agreement creates no warranty or agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment.
